We experienced perfect weather, with mild temperatures and overcast skies, which is very unusual for late April in Tucson. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect day to head out for an extraordinary adventure to the nationally acclaimed Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. The museum is a 98-acre zoo, aquarium, botanical garden, natural history museum and art gallery founded in 1952. We had a private tour with knowledgeable docents who made our visit educational and unique.
