Healthy Brownies!

Yes they do exist! Residents at The Inn & Gardens enjoyed baking a healthier brownie by replacing butter and oil with avocado! Avocados are a great source of potassium and fiber, while also helping to lower bad cholesterols and so many other wonderful health benefits! The best part is, avocados don’t have a strong taste, so the chocolate is all you taste! These gooey, fudgy brownies had everyone, staff included, fooled. We can’t wait to try another healthy baking recipe!
