Last week, 21 of us boarded our bus and headed west on our adventure to the worlds only Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix, AZ. We arrived and were greeted by Ida Jones who assisted in planning our visit. We explored on our own and enjoyed a delicious lunch in the Museum café. Next we had a docent lead tour of the museum. We saw clothes worn by many famous singers in addition to instruments played by Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash, John Lennon, Carlos Santana, Tito Puente, Taylor Swift and many other artists from around the world. We toured exhibits from all over the world and learned so much about music and cultures. We had a great time!
